These Terms & Conditions govern the monthly rental of Coway products arranged through Sample Company Sdn Bhd (SSM Reg No. 000000-X), an Authorized Coway Dealer ("we", "us", "our").

1. Rental Agreement

Products are provided on a monthly rental basis for a minimum contract period as agreed at the point of sign-up. Monthly fees are stated on this website and are subject to confirmation at the point of order.

2. Payment Terms

Rental fees are billed monthly. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service or collection of the rented unit.

3. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation are arranged after order confirmation, subject to product availability and service area coverage.

4. Maintenance & Repairs

Routine maintenance and filter/part replacement are included as described on each product page, provided the unit is used normally and not damaged through misuse.

5. Early Termination

Ending the rental before the minimum contract period may incur an early termination charge, details of which will be provided at sign-up.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before delivery. Once a unit has been delivered and installed, cancellation is treated as an early termination under Section 5. Any deposit paid is refundable subject to the unit being returned in good working condition.

7. Damage & Loss

The rented unit remains the property of the dealer/Coway. The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the unit; charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
